Acceptable Use Policy

These rules apply to clients, invited professionals, project managers and anyone using Pixirain’s accounts, messages, uploads or service ordering tools.

Do not commission, upload or deliver unlawful, fraudulent, infringing or deceptive material. This includes malware, phishing, unauthorised access tools, fabricated reviews or records, exploitation of children, unlawful personal-data harvesting, spam, and services requiring a licence you do not have.

Do not provide confidential information or third-party intellectual property unless you have authority to use it for the project. We may ask for evidence of authorisation where risk is apparent.

• Do not attempt to access another account, project, file or payment record.
• Do not bypass security controls, automate abusive requests, introduce malicious code or disrupt the service.
• Do not impersonate another person, manipulate reviews or mislead a buyer about experience, pricing or delivery.
• Do not harass, threaten or discriminate against other users or use project messages for unsolicited marketing.
• Do not divert an active Pixirain order outside the platform to evade agreed fees or dispute controls.

Report suspected abuse to hello@pixirain.com with the relevant project reference. We may investigate, remove material, pause an account or affected transaction, or refer serious conduct to competent authorities. We will consider the evidence and applicable law before deciding what action is proportionate. A payment or account dispute can be raised through the contact and grievance channels.
