Digital Service Delivery Policy

Everything is delivered digitally, into your project workspace, milestone by milestone. This is when the clock starts and what happens if a date slips.

Last updated 12 October 2026

1. Digital fulfilment

Pixirain offers project-based digital services, including design, software, content, data and related work described in the selected package. Deliverables may be files, links, repositories, designs, documents, code, reports or access details supplied through the project workspace. There is no courier shipment or physical return process for these orders.

The package description and the order confirmation define the purchased scope. A sample image or portfolio example is illustrative unless it is expressly listed as a deliverable.

2. Project start and customer inputs

Work can begin after payment is confirmed, the project brief is sufficiently clear, and any essential access, assets or approvals have been provided. We may ask clarifying questions or propose a scope adjustment before work proceeds. A listed delivery period is an estimate for the stated scope, not a guarantee independent of customer inputs and third-party dependencies.

Tell us promptly if you cannot provide requested materials. We will explain any effect on the proposed schedule. We will not silently expand the scope or charge for a change without your agreement.

3. Milestones, review and revisions

Where an order uses milestones, a professional submits work to the workspace for review. You may approve it or explain what does not meet the agreed scope. Revisions included in a package are governed by its description; a request for additional features or a different brief may need a new quote. Keep feedback in the workspace so both sides can follow the agreed history.

An optional auto-approval setting may approve a submitted milestone after the period you select without a response. Review that setting before enabling it. A dispute raised before payout blocks the affected payout while it is assessed, subject to the payment provider’s actual transfer state.

4. Delay, interruption and non-delivery

When we know a material delivery estimate will slip, we will explain the cause and a revised estimate through the workspace or support channel. Delays caused by a missing client input, an approved change, a third-party outage or a professional issue are assessed according to their circumstances. If agreed work is not supplied or a delay is unreasonable, contact us for a remedy under the Refund and Cancellation Policy.

5. Handover and access

Download or transfer completed deliverables and credentials promptly after acceptance. Third-party tools, hosting and licences may carry their own continuing terms or charges, which should be identified in the project scope. The transfer of intellectual-property rights depends on the agreed order and the Terms of Service; open-source and pre-existing materials keep their applicable licences.
