The detailed agreement for accounts and project-based digital services on Pixirain.
Last updated 12 October 2026
These Terms govern the website, client account and digital service ordering tools operated under the Pixirain brand by PIXIRAIN TECHNOLOGIES PRIVATE LIMITED (the “Company”, “we” or “us”). “You” means the account holder or the organisation for which an authorised representative places an order. The Company operates the platform, collects the customer order through its checkout and coordinates the service process. Work may be performed by an assigned independent professional and overseen by a project manager.
The package description, the checkout total, an accepted written project scope and these Terms together describe the order. If a separately signed service agreement specifically changes a project term, that agreement controls for that project. A professional’s participation does not mean that a buyer has contracted directly with that professional unless a separate agreement expressly says so.
Email registration asks you to select an acceptance checkbox before creating an account. Continuing with Google from the sign-in page can also create an account, as stated beside that button; doing so accepts these Terms. At checkout, selecting Pay submits an order for the displayed scope and price. We may reject an order we cannot lawfully or reasonably fulfil and refund a captured payment where appropriate. Creating an account alone does not obligate you to buy a service.
The service is intended for adults and organisations acting through adults. You must be at least 18 and legally able to make the relevant agreement. If you act for a business, you confirm you have authority to provide its materials, approve scope and payments, and bind it to an order. Do not create an account for someone else without permission.
We may ask for reasonable information needed to confirm account ownership, prevent fraud or establish that a requested project is lawful. Invited professionals and project managers are subject to their own engagement arrangements as well as the platform conduct rules; these customer Terms do not replace an employment or contractor agreement.
Provide accurate contact information and keep it up to date. Protect your password and devices; notify us promptly if you suspect unauthorised access. We may require email verification, temporarily restrict risky activity, or suspend an account where necessary to protect users, payments or the platform. We will consider pending work and lawful refunds when doing so.
Some features require sign-in. You may use an available Google sign-in option, which also has Google’s terms and privacy practices. If you close or delete an account, transaction and project records may still need to be retained as explained in the Data Deletion information.
The catalogue presents scoped digital services such as design, development, content, data, marketing support and related add-ons. Each package may have its own included work, assumptions, delivery estimate, revision allowance and dependencies. Read the selected package and the checkout summary before paying. Catalogue illustrations, sample screens, testimonials and estimated outcomes are not a substitute for the agreed deliverables.
Pixirain coordinates order intake, assignment, workspace communications, milestone review and support. An assigned professional may provide the substantive work. We do not guarantee a particular commercial result, search ranking, regulatory approval, revenue figure, app-store decision or uninterrupted third-party service unless a specific written agreement explicitly makes that commitment.
Describe the goal, constraints and requested materials accurately. You are responsible for providing timely feedback, necessary access and assets that you have the right to share. Do not put passwords, payment credentials or unnecessary personal data into a brief or chat. Use a secure channel if access credentials are essential to the work.
We may clarify ambiguous requirements before work starts. A request for additional pages, features, campaigns, integrations, content or substantially different design direction is a scope change. We will identify its price and schedule effect for your approval before charging for it. If the parties cannot agree on a material change, either party may seek a fair cancellation or settlement under the refund policy.
The order summary shows the service and add-on prices in Indian rupees, any applied discount and the total shown before payment. Taxes, if applicable, should be identified in the final amount and invoice. If a third-party purchase, licence, hosting account or other external cost is needed but is not included in the package, we will explain it and seek approval before incurring it for you.
A displayed starting price is not necessarily the price for every configuration. Check the selected package and final total. An obvious pricing error may be corrected before accepting the order; if payment has already been captured and we cannot honour the displayed order, we will offer the corrected price for your approval or refund the captured amount. The invoice issuer and merchant name must correspond to the entity that receives the transaction; contact us if a receipt appears inconsistent.
Checkout opens Razorpay’s payment interface. You authorise the charge for the total displayed when you complete payment there. Razorpay and your payment provider handle payment instrument details. Pixirain receives transaction identifiers, amounts and status so it can reconcile the order; it may receive a reference to a payment method saved with the provider when you request that feature. A screen redirect alone does not settle a payment dispute.
The platform’s project workflow includes milestone-based payment and provider transfers that may be placed on hold pending review. A hold is a payment-provider transfer state, not a customer-owned bank escrow account maintained by Pixirain. We do not promise that every rupee remains in a segregated escrow account or that a transfer can always be reversed after payout. Your refund rights are governed by the order, this agreement, the refund policy and applicable law, regardless of the internal transfer state.
No subscription, automatic renewal or wallet balance is created by a one-time package purchase. A saved method, where offered, is an optional provider token for later payments; using it does not authorise an unshown future charge. Contact us promptly about a failed, duplicate or incorrect debit.
Work is supplied digitally through the project workspace, such as files, designs, links, reports, code or repository access. A project estimate starts once payment is confirmed and the essential brief, access and assets are available. Review the Digital Service Delivery Policy for scheduling, handover and delay details.
A milestone submission is an invitation to review, not proof that the work meets the scope. You may approve it or request a supported revision and explain the issue. If you deliberately enable an auto-approval setting, a submitted milestone may be approved after your selected period without a response. Raise a dispute before payout where you believe a milestone materially misses the agreed scope. Approval does not erase a remedy that applicable law protects.
We may assign or replace a suitable professional or project manager to complete a service. We expect them to follow the agreed scope, confidentiality duties and platform conduct rules. Their availability and third-party tools may affect scheduling, and we will communicate material changes. We remain your platform contact for order, payment and complaint questions.
Do not ask a professional to perform unlawful work, disclose another client’s confidential information, or move a live order outside the platform to avoid its agreed process. A separate off-platform engagement is outside the service and may not carry its dispute or payment protections.
You retain ownership of material you owned before the project, including your brief, trademarks, data, designs and code. You give the Company and assigned project participants a limited permission to use that material only as needed to assess, perform, review and support the order. You confirm you have the authority to grant that permission and will identify any special confidentiality or licensing limits before work starts.
Pixirain’s platform software, catalogue, marks and pre-existing tools remain with their respective owners. Open-source packages, stock assets, fonts, APIs, models, hosting and other third-party materials keep their own licences. A professional may also use pre-existing methods or code; those are not automatically assigned to you. The order or an express written deliverables agreement should state what custom work is transferred, any exclusions, and whether transfer depends on full payment. If it does not, ask for written clarification before commissioning work that requires exclusive ownership.
We will not treat a confidential client brief or unpublished deliverable as permission for a public portfolio display. A proposed case study or testimonial requires an appropriate separate permission.
We and assigned participants should use non-public project information for the service and limit access to those who need it. This does not cover information already public through no breach, independently developed, lawfully received from another source, or required by law to be disclosed. A project involving highly sensitive data, regulated information or special security requirements needs an express written scope and appropriate controls before upload.
Our collection and sharing of personal data is explained in the Privacy Policy. You should give notices and permissions needed for any third-party personal data you submit in a project.
You may not use the platform for fraud, unlawful content, infringement, harassment, unauthorised access or technical attacks. The Acceptable Use Policy gives examples and explains possible action. We may remove or decline work that violates law, payment-provider rules or the agreed service scope, while accounting fairly for any paid but undelivered service.
You may seek cancellation before work begins or while a project is in progress. The amount available depends on work reasonably performed, approved milestones, undelivered scope and any separately approved unrecoverable third-party cost. The detailed request method, review process, duplicate-payment handling and indicative initiation and bank-credit periods are in the Refund and Cancellation Policy.
For a disagreement about a submitted milestone, use the workspace dispute route or contact hello@pixirain.com. We may ask each side for the brief, deliverables, messages and approvals, and may offer a revision, a partial settlement or a refund as appropriate. Our internal decision does not prevent you from using applicable consumer, court, bank or card-network remedies.
We may maintain, update or temporarily suspend parts of the platform. Payment gateways, sign-in providers, hosting services, APIs and other external tools have their own availability and terms. We will take reasonable steps to restore access and support an affected order, but cannot promise continuous operation or that a third-party service will always be available.
We will provide the contracted service with reasonable care and skill. To the extent law permits, neither party is responsible for remote or unforeseeable loss caused by the other party’s breach, and our aggregate liability for a particular paid order is limited to the amount paid for that order. This limit does not apply where law prevents it, including liability for fraud, deliberate misconduct or a non-excludable consumer remedy.
You are responsible for claims arising from material you supplied without rights, instructions to perform unlawful work, or misuse of the platform, to the extent the claim was caused by that conduct and the law permits recovery. We remain responsible for our own acts and cannot transfer every risk to you by these Terms.
You may stop using the site and request account closure. We may suspend access for a serious violation, fraud risk, legal requirement or security threat, with notice where practicable. Ending platform access does not automatically erase a paid order, a refund obligation, an outstanding invoice or records that must lawfully be kept. We will explain a workable path for an active project.
Start with hello@pixirain.com or the contact page so we can identify the order and investigate. These Terms are governed by Indian law. Courts with jurisdiction in Delhi may hear contractual disputes, subject to any mandatory consumer forum or other legal right to proceed elsewhere.
We may revise these Terms for future use. The date above identifies the website text revision. Material changes affecting an existing order will be communicated through a reasonable channel and will not retroactively remove an accrued right without your agreement. Electronic notices may be sent to the address on your account; keep it current.
